Laser Tab Forming Machine
The laser cuts the roller pressed electrode into boss-shaped tabs, and then uses a slitting cutter to divide the electrode into two.

1.High-speed and high-precision: cutting efficiency is 120-200m/min, and the spacing accuracy of tabs is ≤±0.1mm;
2.Automatic intelligence: automatic adjustment of the tabs spacing, variable tabs cutting, automatic slitting, automatic detection of slitting width closed-loop control;
3.System dust removal: exclusive systemized dust removal technology for the whole machine, no dust accumulation in the cutting area;
4.On-line monitoring: with on-line detection of electrode, tabs quality and size, and no scrap cutting.
