On June 24, 2022, organized by the Guangdong Mechanical Engineering Society, a scientific and technological achievement appraisal meeting of the project "Research and Development of Continuous Separator High-speed Intelligent Winding Machine for Lithium-ion Battery " completed by Shenzhen Geesun Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. was held in Shenzhen.

At the appraisal meeting, the appraisal committee (online and offline) represented by Academician Chen Liquan listened to the summary report of the technical research and development work of the project completion unit, inspected the production site, watched the application video, and reviewed the submitted relevant materials.

01、The project realizes continuous winding during the stations switching through chase cutting, vacuum adsorption, etc., and the production efficiency is increased to 5.7PPM (electrode length:16 meters);
The automatic tab dislocation adjustment function is realized through the automatic diameter-changing mandrel winding, which realizes the intelligent winding and improves the qualified rate of the battery cell;
By optimizing the process flow and simplifying the operation steps, the rapid and accurate winding production of the battery cell is realized, the operation and maintenance time is reduced, and the manufacturing quality of the battery cell and the utilization rate of the equipment are improved.
02、During the implementation of the project, 6 invention patents were applied (1 authorized), 3 utility model patents were authorized, also participated in the formulation of 1 of each national, industrial and enterprise standards, the project demonstrated strong innovation.
