Set sail for a journey together. On June 30, 2022, the groundbreaking ceremony of Geesun Intelligent Lithium Battery Equipment Manufacturing Base was grandly held in Zhaoqing, Guangdong.

In the morning of June 30^th, on the site of Geesun Intelligent Lithium Battery Equipment Manufacturing Base, the clear sky and pouring sunlight is reflecting the fiery-red stage and the fluttering flags, the heavy construction machinery was lined up neatly not far.

Yang Rukun, chairman of Geesun Intelligent, and Yao Bing, general manager, led the crowd to start the prayer ceremony of lighting incenses and proposing toasts to the soil.  With the sound of firecrackers, the first pile was successfully laid, and the groundbreaking ceremony of the base project was officially kicked off.

In the sound of joyful music, the guests entered the venue one after another. Zhang Aijun, secretary of the Zhaoqing Municipal Party Committee, leaders of various municipalities, Liu Yuntong, secretary of the Dinghu District Party Committee, heads of Zhaoqing New District and other units, Yang Rukun, chairman of Geesun Intelligent, and Yao Bing, general manager attend the ceremony together.

Chairman Yang Rukun delivered a speech first and extended a warm welcome to the leaders and guests present. The speech also mentioned that Zhaoqing has a rich cultural heritage since ancient times. As one of the main cities in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and a strategic location connecting the Southwest, Zhaoqing has unique regional advantages, efficient government services, and strong business atmosphere of investment promotion, business assistance, and business security，and these are the reasons why Geesun Intelligent made the decision of investing in Zhaoqing.

Liu Yuntong, Secretary of the Dinghu District Party Committee and Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee of Zhaoqing New District, delivered a speech, saying that in the context of the country's increased support for the new energy industry and favorable policies, the development of new energy has become a global consensus. And wish the Geesun intelligent lithium battery equipment manufacturing base project a complete success.

With Zhang Aijun, Secretary of the Zhaoqing Municipal Party Committee, saying "the Geesun Intelligent Equipment Manufacturing Base Project has officially started", the leaders and guests at the meeting pull the rod together, the salute sparkled, the scene and the audience burst into applause, and the stream whistle sounded altogether. It also indicates that the construction of Geesun intelligent manufacturing base has officially started.

At ten o'clock in the morning, Geesun Intelligent held a mobilization meeting in the Electronic Information Industrial Park to report and discuss the strategic goals of 861+433.

Zhaoqing Geesun Intelligent Lithium Battery Equipment Manufacturing Base is located in the rapidly developing Zhaoqing New District. The total investment of the project is about 2.5 billion yuan, covering an area of 320 acres. The project is constructed in two phases.

The first phase covers an area of about 160 acres, with an investment of 1.25 billion yuan and a total construction area of 215,000 square meters; 160 acres of the land is reserved for the second phase. After the overall project is put into production, it is expected that the annual output value will reach 5 billion yuan, and the annual tax revenue will reach 150 million yuan.
